At The Treadmill Factory, we stand behind the quality of our fitness equipment and offer a 30-day return window to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges on all eligible products.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm your eligibility for a refund or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Equipment

  Ensure the item is in its original condition and securely packed in the original manufacturer's packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and hardware.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the RMA number clearly to the outside of the box and ship the package back to our designated warehouse facility using a tracked carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
